Quick Keys… Keyboard Shortcuts… Whatever you want to call ‘em, if you haven’t yet used them, you should seriously think about it! Getting each key combination ingrained into your memory may take a little bit of time and effort, but once you have done so, you’ll be surprised how much more efficient your computing will become. I never used to understand the hype over quick keys until I accepted and embraced the idea of using them. More efficient computing = getting things done faster = being able to do/accomplish more = Possibly having more time to do the things that you really want to be doing.

There are keyboard shortcuts for doing so many different things on your computer. And from that …. you can then make the choice if I’m the right designer for your project.

There are many things that can help to relieve stress and worries (i.e. meditation, exercise, etc.), but by far my most recommended prescription for healing is MUSIC.
